This is a contractual agreement dated May 4, 2007, between the Erwin Blue Ridge Pottery Club and its participating exhibitors. By signing and returning the attached application, exhibitors agree to accept the following terms of the contract:

1.	All booth rent MUST be paid in full within 30days from the date on this contract (May 4, 2007). Money must be accompanied by signed contract. Reply promptly, as no other notification will be sent. If payment is no received with the above time frame, we will assume you do not wish to rent booth space and said space will be offered to the next exhibitor on our list. As you know, space is limited and will be filled on a first come basis.
2.	This contract is Non-Transferable.
3.	Only Blue Ridge made by Southern Potteries, Inc. marked and unmarked, will be allowed. Please do not display questionable items for sale! All items must be in mint condition or if damaged marked "AS IS". All items must be priced before the show opens.
4.	Set-up time will begin at 9:00 am on Thursday, October 4, 2007. No one will be allowed in the showroom on this day, except the Exhibitors. One of the staff members of the show will be there to assist you with registration. Exhibitors may enter the show on Friday and Saturday one-half hour prior to the show. No pets allowed, except those assisting physically challenged persons.
5.	Exhibitors are limited to the number of tables rented. Two tables and chairs will be provided at each booth. Exhibitors may bring one card table per booth for wrapping and must furnish his/her own shelving and floor length table covers. Boxes and containers must NOT be visible. Exhibitors are not permitted to attach anything to the walls or floors. Please NO discounts or advertising signs allowed. There will be no pre-sale except among the Exhibitors. All items sold before the show opens must be from your exhibit.
6.	Any purchase of Blue Ridge from the public must be conducted outside the building of the Unicoi County Middle School.
7.	Exhibitors are responsible for any applicable license and sales tax of 9.75%. If there are changes in tax, we will notify you at the show. The provided tax forms are to be turned in to Larna Smith before the closing of the show.
8.	In the event the management is unable to hold above show at the mentioned location and/or on the above dates, due to any cause whatsoever beyond its control, payment for rental space will be refunded to the exhibitor. Space cancelled by exhibitor after 12:00pm, September 15th, 2007 is non-refundable.
9.	The sponsor of the show will provide security both Thursday and Friday nights.
10.	Neither the club nor owners of the building will be responsible or liable in case of fire, theft, breakage, willful acts of God etc.: and they are hereby released from any and all liability for loss, injury or damage to persons or property by the exhibitors, their assistant(s), agents, employees or representatives.
11.	In compliance with the City Fire Marshall NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED in the building.
12.	I/We do hereby agree to all the above rules and regulations and do contract a booth(s).
